Traci is a strategic consulting, project manager, and advisor across the Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Customer Experience (CX) sectors. With nearly 30 years of experience, she is a seasoned ecosystem builder and internationally recognized advocate for purpose-led, social impact delivery.

She played a central role in developing South Africa’s GBS strategy, advancing the country’s position as a top-tier offshore destination. A global convener and collaborator, she introduced COPC standards to South Africa, co-authored national BPS standards with SABS, and leads ISO workstreams on Contact Center Standards.

Traci is also a partner in CxOutsourcers, a founder of the THRIVE Coalition Index, and a co- architect of the Africa Federation of GBS Associations.
