Lynda Arsenault is an expert in attracting, maintaining and accelerating Foreign Direct Investment opportunities. With over 20+ years of experience working in both the public and private sector, she has been instrumental in assisting international companies succeed in-market. For 10 years, Lynda worked in senior management positions for the Canadian government traveling globally with a key focus on India, UK, Europe, Dubai, Japan and the US attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) opportunities. In 2016, Lynda began her own consulting practice and joined forces with a few global partners – all focused on helping international investment agencies attract FDI into their regions. Ms. Arsenault sits on the regional board of The American Chamber of Commerce in Canada where she acts as FDI advisor and is a member of The Council of American States in Canada (CASC). She holds a Master’s Degree in E-Commerce (MEC) from Dalhousie University, an undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s University and has obtained the Designation – Certified International Trade Professional CITP©/FIBP© through The Forum for International Trade Training (FITT).

Salil Mohan is an experienced Foreign Direct Investment Executive with 20 plus years of providing investment strategy, business development and advisory services to mid-market enterprises, service providers and emerging outsourcing regions around the world. Salil began his professional career in the political arena as Legislative Director for Texas State Representative Warren Chisum. During this time, he also worked as a consultant for several political campaigns. Among them were offices for State Representative, Attorney General and the George W. Bush Gubernatorial and Presidential campaigns in 1998 and 2000 respectively. As a Governmental Relations executive in the State of Texas, Salil helped build opportunities and solve problems by implementing effective and creative strategies to achieve success for his clients. His invaluable experience in both the public and private sector led to Senior Business Development positions at consulting firms, working with top clients to increase their customer base, helping to analyze and improve their sales processes while implementing a go-to-market entry strategy.

In his current position, Salil works with International Trade & Investment Promotion agencies (EDOs) in global destinations around the world. Salil helps them gain maximum exposure to the North American market in key industries such as financial services, retail, education, healthcare, manufacturing, agritech, IoT, AI, outsourcing, etc. Another aspect of his job is to facilitate C-level matchmaking services also to host roundtables and in-market seminar events with stakeholders, multipliers and site selectors. Due his vast network and investment attraction experience, he has developed important relationships with high- level governmental officials and executives throughout Latin America, Asia, the Caribbean, the UK and Europe. In working with multiple jurisdictions, corporate clients and economic development agencies, he has assisted in increasing their international brand visibility and overall market share while attracting large inward investment opportunities to their countries.
