Peter Ryan, Principal at Ryan Strategic Advisory, has been confirmed as a participant at the upcoming Customer Engagement Summit, which takes place in London on November 8th, 2016 at the Westminster Park Plaza.  In this capacity, he will be chairing a panel discussing the contact center strategy of Ethiopian Airlines.
