Today marks the launch date of Ryan Strategic Advisory, a full-service market analysis and consulting enterprise designed for the front-office BPO and contact center sectors. The firm is owned and operated by Peter Ryan, one of the leading influencers in contact center outsourcing over the past decade.

Ryan Strategic Advisory will provide clients with a range of offerings including market insight, brand equity development and consultative services. It will be based in Montreal, Canada. Already the new practice is gaining interest in the contact center and BPO community, with Peter Ryan having been booked for speaking engagements at the BPESA BPM Summit in Cape Town on October 13th and the Customer Engagement Summit in London on November 8th.
