Ryan Strategic Advisory is pleased to announce a joint webinar with Knowledge Executive and cxi.today, in which the key results of the inaugural 2017 Front Office BPO Omnibus Survey will be discussed. The 2017 Front Office BPO Omnibus Survey sounded the views of 300 enterprise contact center decision-makers from across verticals in the US, UK, Canada and Australia during Q1 of this year. Key survey themes include current / projected CRM investment plans, digital channel deployments, views on outsourcing competitive differentiators, planned third-party engagements and the role of offshoring in the current contact center environment.
The webinar takes place on April 25 at 10am ET; it will be hosted by Mark Angus, with Peter Ryan as the keynote speaker. The webinar is also fortunate enough to have a global panel of contact center experts who will provide insightful commentary on the survey results, including Traci Freeman (South Africa), Jens Butler (Australia), Vadim Anikanov (Russia), Declan Maguire (UK) and Mauricio Velasquez (Colombia).
